Elizabeth Gibbs, 92, 5555 Jordan Road, Stevens Point, died Thursday, April 3, 2003, at the Portage County Health Care Center.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery, Church St & Co K, Polonia, Township of Sharon, Portage Co., WI, with the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pisarski/Dzikoski Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. Monday at the church until the services. The Sacred Heart Rosary Society will combine with the parish rosary at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Gibbs was born May 28, 1910, in Portage County, a daughter of the late John and Francis (Grzywacz) Zimbauer.
She was married to Frank Gibbs in Stevens Point. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Rosary Society Rose 15.
Survivors include two sons, Clarence, Stevens Point, and Lawrence (Grace), Amherst Junction; one daughter, Grace (Donald) Pliska, Stevens Point; two sisters, Jean Radomski, Stevens Point, and Clara Dudzik, Custer; one brother, Donald Zimbauer Sr., Stevens Point; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
