CARY - Gloria A. Stefani, 68, of Cary, died Thursday, Sept. 8 2005, at Fair Oaks Health Care Center in Crystal Lake.
She was born Dec. 19, 1936, in Chicago, to Henry and Mildred (Layer) Andrews.
She was a certified nurse assistant at Fair Oaks Health Care Center for 15 years.
Survivors include two children, Donna Stefani of Elgin and Steven M. (Amy) Stefani of McHenry; a granddaughter, Charlotte Stefani; and a brother, William Andrews of Cicero.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Steven K. Stefani.
The visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, 403 Silver Lake Road, Cary. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Stephen Folorunso will officiate.
Burial will be in Windridge Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Anderson Animal Shelter, 1000 S. Loft, South Elgin, IL 60177.
