      The service will be at 10 a.m. CST (11 a.m. EST) Tuesday at Bailey Funeral Home in Altha (904-762-3965), with burial at Rocky Creek Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. CST (7 to 9 p.m. EST) today at the funeral home.

      A native of Wayland, Ky., he had lived in Marianna for 40 years. He was an Army veteran on World War II.

      He is survived by two sons, Leonard Collins of Summerdale, Ala., and Wayne Collins of Ocean Springs, Miss.; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
